New features to the online rankings system

It is now possible to specify a country when selecting a ranking list
A player's peeling stats can now be seen at a glance. The option 'Player Peeling Record' allows you to list all of a player's triples, TPOs or sextuples. Currently the list just gives year and opponent's name. I intend to add the event sometime
Selecting an event now lists all the players in the event with how many wins and losses they have had, as well as a straight game list
