Towards Universally Comparable Handicaps

Recently I gave a brief progress report to this Board on my work as WCF Handicapping Co-ordinator.
In that report I was not able to produce the various graphs that give helpful insight.
I have now written an article, "TOWARD UNIVERSALLY COMPARABLE HANDICAPS", on this subject. It has appeared on the Croquet World Online website.
The article gives a more elaborate account, including the mentioned graphs and relevant references and it poses certain questions.
At the end of the article I appeal to high handicappers worldwide to undergo a certain "Standard Bisque Count" test and report the results to me. The readers of this Board come from many croquet clubs and can be of great help in this matter. Would you kindly bring this to the attention of high handicappers at your club and encourage them to participate? I believe the SBC test (which amounts to taking a ball through all the hoops from a standard starting point) provides useful practice and exercise in its own right (aside from the usefulness of the results). So it is really not asking very much from high handicappers.
