David Maugham won the Tyneside Advanced weekend tournament by winning all his 7 games and completing 1 sxp and 3 TPs plus having an OTP against him. On a blistering hot 2 days, 8 players with handicap ranges -2 to 5 enjoyed some fine croquet in an "all play all" format. Superb lunches and teas were once again provided by Sheila Watts.
