Act NOW to apply for the Townsend, Apps Heley or Millennium Awards in 2001 (update)

Action is needed NOW if your club wants to apply for the Townsend, Apps Heley or the new Millennium Awards. The deadline for applications to reach the CA Office is 31st December. All clubs are eligible on a level basis.

Each award has a trophy to be held by the club for two years, plus a plaque to be retained by the club, and a prize of £100.

The Townsend Award is for clubs up to and including 2 lawns.
The Apps Heley is for clubs with up to and including 4 lawns.
The Millennium Award is for clubs with more than 4 lawns.

Each Award winner will be decided by the Development Committee at their meeting on the 10th February 2001. The next time they will be made is 2003.
