Pleasant late-season conditions meant that the 28 players again got in quite a few games during this year's ARK advanced handicap, which was run as an Egyptian. Threatened rain held off until dusk on Saturday, by which time only one game was still on court. The tournament was won by Gina Lewis after a close final game with Richard Griffiths where Richard had a 13-yard shot peg high before Gina's dolly rush to the peg for +1.

Chris Farthing and Richard Danby each did a TP - Richard's first for his Gold. Conditions were possibly too favourable to allow minus players many opportunities when faced with small forests of bisques.
