Graphical display added to the interactive rankings

When viewing an individual player's game-by-game record for a year, a graph of index and grade for that year is now viewable at the bottom of the page. So you can now see how index and grade have changed over the year.

Also, I have added a chart to the player full record page which shows Grade, Index, Average Index and Elo Grade at the end of each year.

I intend to add an option to allow a charts for all games in a range of years to be displayed.
