GC rankings updated

The GC rankings have been updated to include the Yorkshire Open, Australian Grape Golf Challenge, Inter-Club Ashby v Blewbury and the Australian GC Open Championship (omitting the Plate KO and 3rd/4th play-off which have not yet been posted).
