Comments invited on draft GC Rules 4th Edition

The CA's GC Laws Committee has produced a version of the recently-approved WCF 4th Edition GC Rules text, with specific CA Rulings and CA Commentary. The intention is for the 4th Edition to come into force at the start of April, for the 2014 season.

Comments on the draft CA text are invited by 12th January 2014. The draft begins with an explanation of the context and process.
