9 May 2015 (AC)

There was good entry for the Tournament with 41 entering the Class Event.
The Godfrey Turner Challenge Cup was won by Cliff Jones with 7 wins out of 8 beating last year's winner, Dave Mundy, into second place.
The Woodlands Quaich was won by Alan Pidcock with 6 wins out of 7 beating last year's winner, Nigel Amos, into second place.
There were two Blocks for the J K Brown Memorial Cup. The Block C winner was Sylvia Steer with 6 wins out of 7 but there was a tie in Block D between Ray Meads, Peter Nelson and David Clarke - all with 6 wins out of 7. Who beat whom and quality of wins did not give a winner, so the Manager had to resort to net points, which saw Peter Nelson the block winner.
In the Final Sylvia beat Peter +16
The Pat Tumner Cup was won by the Manager with 7 wins out of 7.
The Ray Stevens Cup for the Open Handicap Singles was won by Jane Hull beating Brian Shorney +8T in the Final.
The Y Singles Final was between Jim Field and Mike Taylor with Jim winning +6.
The Daldry Cups for the Handicap Doubles was won by Brian Shorney and Jane Hull beating Jim Field and Jack Smith in the Final.
The Y Doubles Final was between Chris Donovan and Ian Friedlander and Alan Rush and Philip Shaw with Alan and Philip being the winners.
Richard Wood was delighted to gain his Gold Award.
The trophies were presented by the Club Chairman Peter Hardcastle.
