During the morning Norwich got off to a brisk start winning both their single games well within the time limits. The doubles however, proved to be a dour struggle with Norwich scrambling a win giving them a 3-0 lead at lunch. In the afternoon High Wycombe made a spirited recovery and with careful management of their bisques bought the scores level to 3-3. This lead to the last game which was finally balanced becoming the decider. Feargal Smith rose to the occasion and in a storming finish ended up the winner to give the game to Norwich.

All of the games finished with in the 3.5 Hrs time limits.
