The Heart of Yorkshire Tournament took place in York on 8th/9th June. The weather was kind, if a little chilly and cake was in good supply. Ten players played six 18 point games over two days. At the end of Day 1 Chris Atkinson from York was firmly in the lead. Chris continued to dominate and won all his games , earning a silver award and reducing his handicap in the process. He was a worthy winner.
