Sixteen players contested the penultimate Ascot Cup Qualifier of the year. The two blocks of 8 players were keenly contested. The blue block was won by Keith Aiton playing his first GC for fifteen years. Aston Wade and Euan Burridge also qualified despite both being beaten by Andy Loakes. Andy missed out on qualifying for the knockout himself losing in a play-off to Nick Archer. Omied Hallam, another occasional GC player, won the red block on net points from Callum Johnson, Richard Bilton and Arthur Rowe also qualifying.

The best of three knockout was dominated by Callum beating Euan and Keith 2-0. In the final he played Aston and looked set to seal the title in two games before Aston fought back to win the second 7-6, having been 6-3 down. Callum maintained his composure and excellent shooting to win the title in the third game 7-5. Euan won the Bowl and Rachel Gee won the Plate.
