Stephen Mulliner is standing down as Complaints Adminsistrator for the Croquet England CIO from the AGM in October 2024 after several years in the role.
The Complaints Administrator manages Croquet England's Complaints Procedure and Volunteer Grievance Procedure. Whilst we hope to avoid complaints and grievances being lodged, it is important that if they arise that Croquet England has robust, fair and effective procedures to deal with them. The complaints administrator is an important role in ensuring that this is the case.
To help size the role, there were just five complaints raised in 2022, four in 2023 and one in the first half of 2024. A review of the complaints procedure is planned.
