Selection
The Selection Committee (AC) chooses England and GB teams for international matches other than the MacRobertson Shield, players for international singles events, players for the "Eights" and "Sixes", and seeding for Open Championship Singles, as defined in the Selection Policy. See the Fixtures Calendar for details of selection events and how to notify your availability for them - an up-to-date schedule is available in the tournament section.

| Selectors' Weekend | The best of those who do not normally qualify for the other events | |
| Women's Sixes | Barlow Bowl | The six best available women players |
| Longman Bowl | The second-best six available women players |
