Prior to the 4th Edition, the rules were called Laws, upholding the tradition of their origin from the combined Laws of Croquet when Association Croquet and Golf Croquet were described in a single set of Laws. Previous versions of the Rules and Laws are available below; the dates show the date of publication, not necessarily the date the corresponding laws or rulings came into effect.
