Founded in 1984, Basingstoke Croquet Club is now a constituent part of "Thornycroft Bowls and Basingstoke Croquet Club". We share a bowls green and clubhouse with the bowlers.
The Club offers both Golf Croquet and Association Croquet and participates in the Southern Croquet Federation's GC and AC leagues.
More details are available on the Club website (www.basingstokecroquet.co.uk); we welcome new members who have never played croquet as well as experienced players.
Regular coaching sessions are offered for both GC and AC; we have an annual croquet tour to Clubs outside our region and are delighted to be twinned with the Croquet Club in Boras, Sweden.
Basingstoke Croquet Club is also twinned with Benalla Croquet Club in Victoria, Australia and Coolum Croquet Club, on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland.
