The organiser of the session must supply all participants with a link to connect to the Zoom meeting.

Participants can join with a regular web browser, but will find it better if they download the software from Zoom's website.

There is no need for participants to pay any money to Zoom - the software can be used for free.

To try things out, you can join a test meeting at any time.
