Gail Curry this afternoon (Wednesday) beat Lionel Tibble +5sxpo finishing with a straight triple (also her first), on lawn 3 at the Budleigh August week.

This is believed to be the first-ever sextuple by a lady, as well as a rare example of the sextuple-on-opponent.

In the morning handicap doubles, Marcus Evans (handicap 4.5) completed a quadruple peel with the aid of two bisques.
