Further changes to CA Tournament Regulations - Handicap Doubles

The March Council Meeting approved a trial of an alternative handicapping system for handicap doubles.

The variation will be mandatory for tournaments organised by the CA in 2013, and may be used at other events if advertised before the start of play.

The alternative to Law 43a can be found in the Tournament Regulations.
