Colchester beat Bowdon 4-3 at Nottingham in the Inter-club semi.

In the morning session Avery hit a do or die 15 yarder with Fulford having been pegged out to take Colchester into a 2-1 lead.

After lunch Wicks and Burridge both had quick wins to make it 4-1 which proved handy for Colchester as Irwin and Walters claimed the last 2 games for Bowdon.
