The scheme will enable young players to join more than one croquet club, usually at no extra cost to themselves. If a young person who is a Croquet England Subscriber has a reason for joining a second club (for example, home/university or working away and returning home at weekends) he or she may apply under the scheme. Following a successful application, Croquet England will pay up to a maximum of £50 towards the cost of membership of the first, or the second, club, whichever is the lesser sum.

By joining the scheme, young players will be able to take advantage of high-quality coaching by qualified Croquet England coaches within Affiliated Clubs.

Key Elements

• The age limit is 25 on 1st January in the year of application.
• Participating clubs must be a Croquet England Affiliated (not a Partner) Club and the young person must be a Croquet England Subscriber (either Under 25 Standard or Premium).
• The young person must be shown as a member of both clubs in the Croquet England Directory.
• Payment will be made by Croquet England directly to the nominated Club, by bank transfer or, if necessary, by cheque.
