Expenses

The Board of Trustees has agreed that, in principle, people who contribute to the work of Croquet England should not be out of pocket as a result of their efforts. However, Croquet England must consider carefully how its funds are used. It has therefore been agreed that claims for Standard Class rail services, with discounts wherever possible, will be covered by Croquet England. In cases where car travel is necessary a mileage rate of 45p will be paid.

Claims beyond these guidelines should be negotiated with the Treasurer.

Claims should be supported wherever possible by receipts or other evidence.

Claims for expenses incurred within Croquet England's financial (= calendar) year should be submitted well before the end of the relevant year.
