Croquet England Directory Help
Personal details are encrypted (see Data Privacy Notice) and are accessible by administrators1 and (optionally) fellow players2.
As a logged-in individual, you can edit your personal details and control who can see them2. You can add and remove club and Croquet England subscriptions via your Memberships tab (subject to confirmation by the club's administrator).
Limited details of club contacts are visible to logged-in members on the club pages (to arrange inter-club matches, etc.), and club main contact details are available to all viewers who look up the club (to contact the club).

Gazette Mailing Management1 Administrators are office staff trained to maintain the database, and club administrators (default Secretary and Data Administrator) of any club of which the subject is a member. Administrators can edit and update the details of the people they administer.
2 Each person can set their details to be visible to fellow club members or fellow Croquet England subscribers, or neither - but note Privacy Override
